Who is responsible

Bridge Estate is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For any question or request, write to sherlyn@bridgeestategroup.com.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, messaging handle), the content of your messages and enquiries, your saved properties and recently viewed listings when you have an account, documents you upload to your client portal, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiries and prepare viewings, to run your client account and portal, to send you properties matching your brief when you asked us to, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Legal bases: your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interest in running the agency, and legal obligations.

Who can see it

Our team, and service providers acting on our instructions: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and the listings platform we use internally. Landlords, developers or notaries only receive your details when it is required to progress a transaction you asked us to handle. We never sell or rent your data.

International transfers

We operate between Thailand and Europe, so your data may be processed outside the EEA. When that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to three years after our last contact. Client accounts: for as long as the account is open, then deleted within thirty days of closure. Contractual and accounting records: for the legal retention period that applies to them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to sherlyn@bridgeestategroup.com and we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and portal documents are kept in a private storage bucket readable only by you and our team.
